Quality Policy
MGI COUTIER ILIA is recognized as a designer and manufacturer of industrial filters, powertrain components, and parts for fuel supply systems in Iran. By adopting IATF 16949 and the international standard ISO 9001 as a model for its quality management system, the company aims to ensure quality in the design, production, and delivery of components while considering the organization’s strategic direction. The company's quality policy is aimed at enhancing quality, ensuring the technical specifications of products, and achieving complete customer and stakeholder satisfaction, as outlined below:
- Maintain close and continuous communication with customers to ensure their needs are understood, with the goal of achieving zero waste and timely delivery.
- Enhance organizational awareness and knowledge through training, documentation and sharing of experiences, and encouraging study and research among employees.
- Create a safe and suitable environment, promote teamwork, solicit suggestions, and engage employees in key activities.
- Comply with and fulfill the requirements and expectations of quality management standards and strive for continuous improvement of effectiveness within the organization.
- Optimize resource utilization while adhering to safety, legal, and environmental principles concerning employees and products.
- Expand presence in domestic markets by increasing product quality.
The main responsibility for the quality system rests with the CEO, while the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of an effective and dynamic system and reporting to the CEO.
All personnel are required to understand the principles of this policy and to prioritize them in their activities.
