- All goods provided by MGI Company are collected from the warehouse after the order is placed and paid for and sent via Tipax or delivered to the factory door at the customer's choice.
- Tipax Company is responsible for all postal items after delivery to the post office. After sending, MGI Company provides customers with a postal tracking code that can be tracked via https://tipaxco.com/tracking on the official website of Tipax Company.
- Customer information (address, contact numbers, email, etc.) is used solely to provide services and information to MGI Company customers and will not be used for any other purpose.
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped three business days later and after 2:00 PM will be shipped four business days later.
- In the event of physical damage to the item, you have up to 24 hours to notify MGI Company colleagues via email or phone call.
- Cancellation of purchase or deletion of purchased goods can be tracked up to 2 hours. If the purchase is made on a holiday, it can be tracked on the first business day after 9:30 AM (be sure to notify by phone). In addition, refunds are only possible to the account holder who deposited the money.
- Registering on the MGI company website means accepting to receive SMS notifications and special sales.
- Registering on the MGI company website and purchasing from the site means accepting all the rules on the site.
